Medium to large round fruit with yellow green skin, it has crisp white flesh and is sweet and juicy. Growing to a height of approximately 1.8 metres at maturity.

A very popular variety with good keeping qualities. Cooks well holding its shape or is lovely eaten fresh. Low maintenance, with heavy fruit crops, suitable to grow in most climate conditions.
Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
