Cultural care

Low water requirements and dry tolerant once established. Tolerant of dry spells but will benefit from deep soakings during extended periods of heat. Grows best in humus-rich, well draining soil. Minimal to no pruning is required although a light trim to shape after main flowering or in late autumn will encourage a dense habit.
