DESCRIPTION:
Small to medium round fruit, this blood plum has dark red skin and flesh. It has a beautiful sweet, rich flavour with a bit of tang, and is quite juicy – Freestone.

Early February (Mid season)

COMMENTS:
Used for fresh fruit, preserves and jams. An upright growing tree bearing heavy crops.
TREE CARE:
Plant in a sunny position with well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
