Grows well in most soil types which are well draining.
No pruning is generally required other than to remove spent flower stems, if desired.
Will become herbaceous in cold regions during winter – any remaining, older foliage should be removed by late winter to tidy.
Apply a slow release fertiliser during spring for optimum performance.
